THT/THR Connectors THT/THR Steckverbinder
Advantages and Special Features
Our THR (Through Hole Reflow) connectors were specifically de-
signed for the SMT manufacturing process. The basis for this is
the “Pin in Paste” solder procedure with plated-through drillings
and soldering in the reflow oven.
The connectors are available with or without snap function de-
pending on the manufacturing process, automatic assembly or
by hand. The choice of special RoHS compatible materials facili-
tates manufacturing at temperatures of up to 260 °C.
The following special criteria were taken into account:
Loading with “Pick and Place” procedure
via a vacuum grabber
Application with “Tape on Reel” packaging
Insulator in heat-resistant plastic
RoHS compliant, 260°C/10s, for reflow soldering
Vorteile und Merkmale im Überblick
Unsere THR (Through Hole Reflow) Steckverbinder wurden ge-
zielt für die Verarbeitung im SMT-Fertigungsprozess entwickelt.
Basis dafür ist das Pin-in-Paste Lötverfahren mit durchkontaktier-
ten Bohrungen und Verlötung im Reflowofen. Abhängig vom
Verarbeitungsprozess, Bestückung automatisch oder per Hand,
stehen Steckverbinder ohne und mit Schnappfunktion zur
Verfügung. Die Auswahl von speziellen RoHS kompatiblen Ma-
terialien gewährleistet eine Verarbeitung bei Temperaturen bis
zu 260 °C.
Folgende spezielle Kriterien wurden dabei berücksichtigt:
Bestückung im „Pick and Place“-Verfahren
durch Vakuum-Greifer
Einsatz mit „Tape on Reel“-Verpackungen
Isolierkörper aus Hochtemperatur-Kunststoff
RoHS konform, 260°C/10s, zum Reflow-Löten geeignet
